Option 1: Stripe Connect (Strongly Recommended)

We highly recommend setting up Stripe Connect. This route provides instant access to your top-up funds, along with superior control and real-time visibility over all tenant payments.

Option 2: Direct Bank Transfer

If you prefer not to use Stripe, we offer a direct bank transfer service. We will remit the net proceeds to your account, which is the collected amount minus a small admin fee.

  • Admin Fee: A flat administrative charge of £3.00 per month applies per account, regardless of the amount being transferred.
  • How to Set Up: Simply enter your bank details via the Landlord Gateway. You will also need to complete a brief declaration confirming that you are the rightful recipient and that the funds are for paying the main energy supplier.

Your Monthly Payout Timeline

We ensure complete transparency throughout the payout cycle:

  • 1st Working Day: We send a comprehensive payout summary to your email. This details exactly what the payment amount was, for what meter, and by whom.
  • Within 7 Working Days: Your funds will automatically follow and clear into your designated account.
