Basic Criteria for Returns
- Always ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.
- Include the packing slip you received with your order.
- If the product came with accessories, ensure all are included in your return.
- Any manufacturer documentation, if provided, should be included
- Returns Merchandise Authorization
You have 30 days from the date the product left our warehouse to request an RMA by contacting email@example.com.
Ensure the RMA is valid and unexpired when returning the product
- Restocking fee
All returned products are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless prohibited by law.
- Shipping charges
You are responsible for all shipping charges related to the return. Using a tracked delivery service is mandatory for returns.
Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like-new condition, in strict adherence to the basic criteria and this return policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to fourteen days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse. Delivery times vary based on the shipper selected.
Once received, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
- Risk and Title
The risk of loss for the product being returned remains with you during its shipment to our returns center and for any subsequent shipments (e.g., returns center back to you or to the original distributor/manufacturer).
Title to the product being returned remains with you and will only transfer from you to the original distributor, or to a third party in the case of liquidation, upon their receipt of the products.
